• We reserve the rights on allocation of seating as per availability.
• All tours are operated on SIC / sharing basis unless requested and confirmed otherwise.

• Comfortable Casual Clothing is recommended.
• Long Earrings / Loose clothing would not be allowed

Booking Policy:

• Every passenger is insured with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authority Regulation
• Passengers are obliged to present an official identification when checking in
• Passengers weight will be checked prior to their flight due to helicopter weight and balance regulations and restrictions
• Baggage is not allowed
• HD camcorders and cameras are not allowed
• Flight might get canceled due to weather conditions outside of the company’s reach.
• Incase of the above, Dubai Leisure will reschedule / refund the amount paid by the client

Cancellation Policy:

• Refund claims have to be made in writing, atleast 7 days prior to the flight.
• No refund claims would be entertained in a period shorter than 7 days prior to the tour
• Refund would be provided at our sole discretion.

Insurance Coverage:

• Every passenger is insured in line with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authority Regulations.
• You may be asked to sign a waiver before taking this tour

Child Policy:

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between ages 3 to 10 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
