• Prices reflected are per person
• Appropriate swim wear is mandatory to use the facilities at the park
• Children must be 12 years old and above to enter Yas Water World if unaccompanied by an adult. To ensure the safety of our guests, access to certain rides is restricted to those over 1.1m.
• Guests can enjoy unlimited access to Yas Water World
• General water park rules apply.
• Not valid in conjunction with any other offers.
• Yas Water World's rates & opening hours are subject to change without prior notice.
• Certain rides may not be available due to weather conditions / maintenance purposes without prior notice. No refund requests will be entertained by City One Tourism in such an event.

Minimum Requirement:

• Please note that prices are indicated for a minimum of 1 person.

Seating policy:

• We reserve the rights on allocation of seating as per availability.
• All tours are operated on SIC / sharing basis unless requested and confirmed otherwise.

Dress Code:

• Summer: Light comfortable clothing is recommended
• Winter: Warm layered clothing is recommended

Booking Policy:

• All Cancellations made 6 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 6 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 - 10 working days
• Ticket Policy - Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy:

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between ages 3 to 10 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
